Data Architect (Remote)

Data Architect role responsible for the design, governance, and long-term integrity of Axiom's enterprise data model. Accountable for establishing a coherent unified data model drawn from multiple systems, enforcing data governance and quality standards, and ensuring data assets are reliable, well-documented, and accessible to authorized stakeholders. Manages the Data Engineer and collaborates with the VP, Enterprise Applications on technology stack decisions and roadmap. Core duties include maintaining the enterprise data model, enforcing governance policies, defining the data architecture roadmap, mentoring the Data Engineer, serving as liaison to Product, Operations, and Data Science, evaluating AI data initiatives, ensuring data integration meets model standards, participating in Model Context Protocol integrations, administering the Databricks environment, and maintaining data documentation standards.
