Job Summary
Design and implement enterprise data architecture including MDM, data migration strategies, and ETL/ELT frameworks; establish governance for metadata and reference data; define and enforce data integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven, API-based); collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions; ensure adherence to organizational data standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements; provide technical oversight during solution design, development, and deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Expirence
- Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools
- Data Migration frameworks and end to end migration lifecycle
- ETL/ELT architectures and tools
- Large data volume handling, performance optimization, and scalability strategies
- Metadata and Reference Data Management
- Data Integration patterns such as batch, streaming, microservices-based integration
- Relational and NoSQL databases; cloud-native data platforms
- Data modeling skills (3NF, dimensional modeling)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Compliance with data standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
- Solution design, development, and deployment oversight
