Job Summary
Scoping, designing, and leading the implementation of scalable data solutions and models using open source and proprietary technologies. Develop technical specifications and architecture designs for data storage and management aligned with enterprise standards, ensuring data security and integrity are embedded within all architectural designs. Lead and mentor data analysts and engineers to deliver solutions aligned with target architectures while collaborating across Deloitte's Technology and Transformation business areas to integrate data capabilities with broader organizational goals. Manage client engagements across various industries, building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities. This role is based in Dublin or Cork with a hybrid working model and offers a competitive starting salary of €90,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a third-level degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex data-related projects
- Ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve outstanding results
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience influencing senior leaders
- Ability to provide expert advice based on industry best practices
- Commercial experience in information and data management
- Familiarity in enterprise-grade data architecture technologies such as Cloudera CDP, Azure Databricks, and cloud-native environments
