Job Summary
Architect and design business intelligence solutions for accessing and analyzing data and metadata, leveraging Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Operational Data Store architectures. Lead design sessions, demonstrations, and training workshops with business users while developing and maintaining technical documentation. Execute data modeling using star, snowflake, and dimensional techniques to architect database solutions across both OLAP and OLTP technologies. Manage data migration and integration throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, providing Subject Matter Expert knowledge for complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-standard Business Intelligence software and Data Integration Management technologies
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines
- Strong business and technical verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating metrics and dashboard analytics
- Strong working knowledge of different analysis tools and techniques
- Demonstrated analytical ability and creativity in developing and implementing solutions for complex problems on medium-sized projects
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Mart, and Operational Data Store (ODS) architectures
- Expertise in data modeling, including star, snowflake, and other dimensional modeling techniques
- Experience architecting and developing database solutions using both OLAP and OLTP technologies
- Extensive experience in architecture, data modeling, design, development, data migration, and data integration throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
