Job Summary
Lead the design and stewardship of the data governance architecture, data traceability standards, and quality frameworks; establish enterprise standards for data lineage and governance; develop reference/shared data patterns across Management Liability, Surety, Claims, and Analytical domains; collaborate with data governance stakeholders to define AI-ready data guidelines; drive data governance implementation with data engineering to ensure regulatory compliance and data readiness; partner with senior leaders to align architectural priorities, drive modernization, and produce best practices and instructional materials for adoption by engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science related STEM field or its equivalent in education/work experience
- 4 additional years of architecture/software engineering experience
- hands-on architecture/engineering experience with modern technologies
- experience with modernizing technology initiatives
- strong communication and leadership abilities
