Job Summary
Data Architect role to provide leadership and guidance in designing and evolving enterprise data solutions. Lead changes in business processes, database architecture, and data warehouse technologies. Design and implement scalable, resilient database solutions using PostgreSQL and SQL Server. Lead database resiliency, disaster recovery, and failover initiatives. Develop and maintain enterprise data models and Data Lake architectures. Collaborate with application architects, Directors, and Senior Managers across Customer Care, Product, and Technology domains. Provide SME in data architecture, reporting, analytics, and process optimization. Lead cross-functional projects and technology initiatives across the Technology and Product organization (TAP).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 12+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years as Data Architect
- 7+ years experience with database resiliency, disaster recovery, and failover
- Hands-on with Database Architecture, Data Modeling, AWS, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Experience with Data Lake technologies and Power BI
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise database/data warehouse solutions at Architect level
- Familiarity with Astronomer/dbt/AWS MWAA (preferred)
- Experience with Data Analytics and reporting solutions is a plus
- Flexible to work second shifts aligned with 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise database and data warehouse solutions at an Architect level
- Experience with Data Lake technologies and proficiency in Power BI
- Familiarity with Astronomer, dbt, or AWS MWAA (preferred)
- Experience with Data Analytics and reporting solutions is a plus
- Flexible to work second shifts aligned with 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST
