Data Annotation Lead

Lead the in-house data annotation team to deliver high-quality, diverse annotated data for robotics-focused ML research. Build and manage the people side of data annotation, create and enforce documentation and processes, collaborate with ML, software engineering, and data teams, and contribute hands-on annotation when designing new data concepts. Foster a culture of happiness, manage stakeholder relationships, and prioritize requests to move quickly and still stay organized.
