Job Summary
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns while developing dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, conduct ad-hoc analysis for business initiatives, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting to drive business growth and efficiency. This role requires 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Advanced experience in Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau for creating interactive dashboards
- Familiarity with Power BI for business intelligence reporting
- Understanding of Excel for data organization and basic analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or equivalent certification
- Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
