Job Summary
Data and Performance Analyst role supporting DHS intelligence programs with data analytics, performance reporting, and evaluation activities. Responsibilities include day-to-day project management for smaller projects or leading a workstream, coordinating junior consultants, providing functional and technical support, guiding change management, identifying risks and mitigation actions, ensuring deliverables’ quality, and presenting findings to client stakeholders. Requires Active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, an advanced degree, and at least five years of relevant consulting or program management experience; position is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Intelligence Studies, or related field
- Advanced degree in public policy, public administration, management science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in consulting, program evaluation, or performance management
- Mid-level Analyst II with responsibilities in data analytics, performance reporting, and evaluation activities
