Job Summary
Review and process invoices daily by matching them to purchase orders and verifying quantities, pricing, and vendor details. Initiate vendor credit requests and discrepancies, while maintaining organized records and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. Enter, update, and maintain product, vendor, and recipe information across inventory and POS systems, including yield conversions and data mapping between platforms. Generate reports on invoice metrics and KPIs to identify cost-reduction opportunities. This temporary role supports Product Category Managers and the System Implementation Project Manager within Seaport Entertainment Group's entertainment and hospitality operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in invoice processing, cost controlling, or related field
- Skilled in managing large data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and consistently meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Great communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Craftable and/or Toast POS a plus
- Basic understanding of Food and Beverage operations preferred
