Job Summary
Lead management, analysis and reporting of monitoring data to provide timely, robust analysis for internal stakeholders and partners. Plan and deliver data quality assurance processes, KPI analysis for ECB, Sport England and internal reporting, and analysis to support fundraising applications. Identify improvements using data from agencies (DfE and others) to keep systems up-to-date; collaborate with Strategy and Impact leadership and Operations to deliver detailed analyses informing learning, planning and strategic priorities. Work with the Digital Systems Manager to optimize internal monitoring tools and with Operations to ensure effective data collection for partner support. Stay abreast of developments to inform monitoring approaches (DfE, DCMS, ECB, Sport England). Support the Impact & Evaluation team with ad hoc tasks. Essential skills include advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI, experience handling large datasets, applying AI to data collection/analysis, and strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities.
