Job Summary
Generate accurate forecasts within target limits and synchronize operational metrics plans with Finance and Sales teams. Gather and analyze historical data to identify trends, develop forecasting models, and monitor key performance indicators to support strategic decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine methods for enhanced accuracy, then present findings and business drivers to senior management during monthly meetings. Serve as the main point of contact for the subject matter with comprehensive knowledge of operational business drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related fields
- Experience in an analytical role with responsibilities for clear and accurate communication with stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluency in English
- Curious mindset and desire for continuous learning
- Ability to work both as an individual contributor and as a part of the team
- Ability to investigate and effectively communicate insights and business drivers
- Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a business analytics or similar roles
- Experience in SQL and Power BI
