Job Summary
Data and Analytics Consultant role responsible for helping clients at all organizational levels translate complex data into actionable strategies. Must combine technical and business acumen to design and deliver data-driven solutions, solve real business problems, present compelling business cases to executives, and lead data platforms, governance, modernization, and analytics initiatives. Ideal candidates may be titled Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Analyst, or Data Governance professional, and will work across data strategy, governance, modernization, and visualization with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), modern data architectures, and tools like Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Tableau/Power BI, and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R. The role emphasizes collaboration, client-facing delivery, and contributing to a team-oriented environment with flexibility across industries and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization for permanent employment in the United States (this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated business and technology acumen
- Experience working with and/or leading a team
- Ability to work across industries, roles, functions & technologies
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 8+ years professional experience (preferred)
