Job Summary
Data Analytics Control Manager – Strategic Testing (Associate) leads control review initiatives using analytics, automation, and AI to enhance the control environment within Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) and Digital Documentation Services (DDS). Collaborates with global teams to provide actionable insights, conduct proactive process reviews, perform root cause analysis, and deliver concise management reports. Focuses on ensuring controls are well-designed, effective, and aligned with firmwide standards, leveraging Alteryx, Python, GenAI/LLM, and related technologies to automate processes and improve risk management. Requires experience in AML/KYC, risk management, and governance, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred), and a background in Controls, Risk Management, or Compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience applying AI and machine learning to risk management and process automation
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Python, or data analysis tools
- Experience in Controls, Risk Management, Compliance, or related fields
- Understanding of AML/KYC processes and operational risk management
- Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable business insights
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Experience supporting process reviews, risk assessments, and audit activities in financial services
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
