Senior Data Analytics Associate in Regulatory External Data Solutions responsible for analyzing large loan-level datasets for accurate reporting, translating reporting instructions into quality data outputs, enhancing data governance and documentation, collaborating with Technology, Risk, and Compliance, conducting deep-dive data analyses, identifying root causes of data issues, and presenting analytical findings to leadership while leading development sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics, specializing in the development and delivery of reports
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to read and write complex data queries for report prototyping
- Strong skills in Excel and JIRA
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to adapt to change and mentor junior staff
- Experience in agile reporting methodologies and project management
- Comfortable with medium to large datasets and detailed documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges through data-driven solutions
