Job Summary
Product Portfolio Operations Manager in the Data & Analytics space coordinates reporting and communications plans for portfolio management, drives cross-product alignment, and supports training, maturation, and continuous improvement practices. Responsible for implementing product-level collection strategies, developing advisor relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders, managing data analysis and KPI reporting to senior-level stakeholders, and delivering executive communications. Strong emphasis on agile methodology, strategic thinking, and ability to influence across multiple functions and locations. Requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Tableau.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to work with ambiguity and laser focused on delivering results
- Highly effective organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and business
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence across complex, matrix organizations, fostering collaboration and building confidence with peers
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data visualization and analysis
- Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence with familiarity in Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau

- Strong leadership and team management experience, including leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing and implementing product strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
