Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary
Recruit and develop analytics talent to meet evolving business and strategic needs while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team. Partner closely with FP&A and cross-functional leaders to align analytics priorities, oversee the design of data models and dashboards, and ensure centralized, governed access to data. Establish data governance frameworks, maintain compliance with privacy standards, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Support the selection and management of analytics tools and platforms, collaborate to define KPIs, and promote a culture of self-serve analytics. This role requires a hybrid arrangement with travel flexibility and is open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in multi-entity, multi-region environments
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering strategic, business-focused insights
- Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and modern data platforms
- Hands-on experience with data governance, data quality, compliance, and privacy standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- A customer-service mindset with the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders
- Candidate must be ready & able to travel should it be a business necessity
