Job Summary

Serve as a key Product Analytics point of contact for Amplitude platform enablement, including Guides, Surveys, documentation, governance, and best practices support. Partner with Product, Personalization, and Engineering teams to support behavioral data use in product experiences, while owning the evolution of customer usage reporting capabilities. Lead cross-functional relationships as the liaison between the analytics team and business stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences. Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports for KPI visibility, and implement data collection systems with quality control strategies to ensure integrity. Analyze customer behavior and feature adoption to uncover trends, deliver actionable recommendations, and prioritize enhancements based on recurring business needs. Champion responsible data use ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of data analysis experience, leveraging descriptive and predictive techniques on large, complex datasets from multiple sources
  • 4+ years of experience working with large datasets from diverse sources, producing actionable reports, and presenting findings
  • 3+ years of experience uncovering product analytics insights that inform cross-functional initiatives, shape hypotheses, and support strategic and operational decision-making across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and related teams
  • 3+ years of experience presenting insights to senior leadership or high-level audiences
  • Strong experience in product analytics, sales analytics, or data strategy roles
  • Experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms to access, analyze, and operationalize data across multiple sources and surfaces
  • Strong analytical skills to organize, analyze, and communicate complex data with accuracy and detail
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder discovery, identify recurring business needs, prioritize analytics capabilities, and translate those needs into scalable solutions
  • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments while independently managing analytics projects from scoping to delivery
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Deep understanding of customer journey analytics, KPI development, and data storytelling
  • Experience managing large-scale datasets, data platforms, and pipelines
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards and compliance best practices
