Job Summary
Data & Analytics Manager responsible for leading a team of analysts and developers to design, implement, and maintain innovative data solutions that empower business teams. Drive data-driven decision-making with a focus on customer insights, AI, and ML to uncover opportunities, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences. Lead the development and execution of data strategies that enable the organization to leverage AI/ML for predictive analytics and process optimization. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate insights into actionable recommendations, design comprehensive data strategy, identify data sources, and build self-service tools. Communicate insights to senior management, drive automation, stay ahead of AI/ML trends, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Lead and mentor a team, set goals and priorities, promote data transformation, and deliver tailored data solutions for cross-functional needs.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Strong expertise in AI, ML, and advanced analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data architecture, and data governance principles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
