Job Summary
Develop and maintain asset attestation dashboards in ServiceNow while analyzing workflow and ticket performance to track SLA compliance and timeliness. Integrate data across the Asset Management System, ServiceNow, and Enterprise Data Warehouse to lead validation and remediation activities ensuring system-of-record accuracy. Track and report KPIs including inventory accuracy, data completeness, and process efficiency to support continuous improvement and federal property accountability standards. Provide leadership in translating reporting needs into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting in enterprise environments
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- SQL or advanced analytics tools
- Federal reporting and ServiceNow analytics experience
