Job Summary
Lead strategic thinking across Archetype's three India offices to develop and refine advanced data analytics, measurement, and research frameworks tailored to the India market. Partner with clients to craft and implement effective data-driven strategies, spearhead new business pitches from concept to delivery, and provide compelling strategic insights that manage client relationships. Conduct comprehensive social listening programs, lead monthly and quarterly reporting on key metrics such as coverage volume, sentiment analysis, and share of voice, and direct research projects supporting account teams and client initiatives. Train teams on tools such as Brandwatch, Signal AI, and Quid to build stronger data literacy and enhance digital marketing, influencer, and brand campaign tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8 years of strategic and analytical experience within PR, marketing, consulting, research, media, and/or technology/e-commerce companies
- You are a strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first-principles approach to solving them
- You are able to work independently and autonomously, taking the initiative to drive projects forward
- You are highly analytical and metrics-focused, capable of executing complex analyses, defining KPIs, and reporting on performance across clients and the business
- You are a strong communicator who can clearly convey actionable insights and collaborate effectively across teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Indian media, digital, consumer, and communications landscape
- Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Expertise in utilizing third-party tools for data exploration, social listening, research, and analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in a coding language such as SQL or Python is strongly preferred
