Job Summary
Data Analytics Engineer I to develop and maintain data pipelines, perform exploratory data analysis, build statistical models, and design dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborates with data engineers and business analysts to ensure data quality, integration, and automated reporting, while applying SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and leveraging statistical modeling and data mining techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
