Job Summary
Consultant in Emerging Solutions focusing on AI, Data & Analytics to deliver strategic insights and transformative data solutions for healthcare stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources; performing data wrangling to ensure quality; analyzing datasets to identify patterns and insights; creating basic visualizations with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or similar tools; developing, testing, and refining data models or reporting applications for predictive analytics or business intelligence; assisting with data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient operation; supporting detailed project documentation including methodologies and technical specifications; and developing data workflows to transform and structure data for consumption.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a BA/BS Degree
- Must have 2-3 years of experience working in the data and analytics space
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
- Experience with at least one data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise
