Job Summary
Partner cross-functionally to shape the Customer Voice Program, designing strategic data goals and setting measurable targets using historical trends. Manage data request intake and build robust frameworks to maintain accuracy for team scorecards. Evaluate and integrate smart tech/AI tools into reporting frameworks to speed insight delivery while ensuring data quality. Collaborate with CX Leads to tie change management metrics to business reporting and drive operational excellence. Set up governance processes and structured libraries so past insights are searchable, secure, and ready to guide future strategies.
