Job Summary
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards across clinical, dental, pharmacy, financial, HR, and operational domains to produce accurate, consistent, and timely organizational insights. Analyze data to identify trends and performance indicators, validating accuracy and investigating discrepancies with system owners to resolve issues. Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs by partnering with clinical, operations, finance, and quality teams to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables. Maintain documentation of report logic and parameters while contributing to initiatives that improve analytics capabilities and data maturity through evaluation of new tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, healthcare, information systems, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare or enterprise data
- Experience with reporting tools or analytics platforms
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience with healthcare reporting and performance measurement concepts
- Understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
- Ability to communicate data effectively to non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
