Job Summary
Own data products end-to-end for clients, delivering accurate, high-value insights built on proprietary datasets and methodologies. Analyze massive data to answer client questions, identify methodology gaps, and derive key insights. Refine methodologies, test new datasets, and solve complex data challenges with creative thinking. Use AI tools to drive leverage, automate portions of workflows, and increase speed while maintaining quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Engineering, and Product to streamline workflows and deliver client value. Seek opportunities to improve products and processes, refine methodologies, and contribute ideas that enhance how the team operates and delivers value to clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong fluency in SQL
- Experience with Python or PySpark is a plus
- Ability to learn new data methodologies quickly
- Proven ability to own data products end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in using AI tools to drive leverage
