Job Summary
Collect, cleanse, and integrate workforce data to validate project baselines before executing people and position changes in SuccessFactors. Apply validation and quality controls to identify gaps and anomalies, then structure data to support accurate batching, sequencing, and change execution. Analyze and report on change outcomes, including success rates and error trends, to drive continuous improvement in governance reporting. Partner with Workforce Governance Advisors, Business Partners, and Organisational Design leads to deliver complex changes aligned to milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Strong data literacy, data analysis and data management capability, with experience working with complex datasets and quality controls
- Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and Python
- Ability to cleanse, validate, reconcile and structure data so it can be used reliably in operational processes and reporting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data issues, risks, insights and improvement opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Business acumen and attention to detail, with the ability to understand how workforce data changes affect downstream processes, reporting and controls
- Experience with reporting, data quality analysis, process improvement or operational analytics in a complex business environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, HRIS processes, position management, foundation data architectures or workforce governance controls
