Job Summary
Analyze current manual processes to identify improvement opportunities and define problem scopes for potential solutions. Develop process-improvement solutions using Excel, VBA, and SQL to automate procedures and enhance efficiency. Create queries, write reports, and present findings to drive operational excellence. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL and VBA. Robotic Process Automation experience is preferred. This role supports Uline's mission as North America's leading distributor of shipping and industrial supplies, contributing to fast, reliable delivery and legendary customer service across the organization.
