Job Summary
Data Analyst to support regulatory reporting and data integrity across Trustpilot’s analytics platform. You’ll deliver expert analytics and insights to Trust, Comms, Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance, andTrust teams; build datasets and dashboards to support governance, auditability, and publicly shared regulatory reports; select appropriate analytical solutions and automate key reports. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requests, presenting findings to the wider business, scoping projects, and standardising reports to ensure data quality. Proficiency with BI tools (Looker), BigQuery, SQL, data pipelines (DBT), and a strong foundation in analytics methodologies, with Python familiarity, are required or desirable; experience with Airflow and A/B testing is valued.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (Looker)
- Advanced SQL (BigQuery)
- Data modelling (DBT or similar)
- Experience with Python desirable
- Familiarity with statistical methods (regression, clustering)
- Familiarity with Airflow
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
