Job Summary
Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple business systems to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. Develop recurring reports, identify trends and risks, and translate business requirements into actionable KPIs and dashboards. Design and maintain Power BI reports and Microsoft Fabric workspaces, including dataflows, semantic models, and pipelines. Use Power Automate to streamline repetitive processes and create Power Apps to improve data gathering. Clearly present insights to technical and non-technical audiences while partnering with stakeholders to improve reporting usability and adoption. Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities where Power Platform tools enhance productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work 4 days/week in office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home Friday
- You have a degree of post-secondary diploma in Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or similar analytical roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques
- Experience with Power BI report development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform
- Ability to gather requirements and translation business needs into analytical, reporting, automation, or low-code solutions
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, or querying data from enterprise systems
