Job Summary
Data Analyst role focusing on HR analytics and People data: deliver timely and accurate recurring reports and ad hoc insights to HR and business stakeholders; investigate data issues and anomalies; collaborate to resolve discrepancies and communicate findings; manage multiple projects independently; develop and maintain self-service dashboards using Power BI; explore advanced analytics (machine learning, clustering, forecasting) and data wrangling with tools like Snowflake, Alteryx, and Excel; present insights through data visualizations and storytelling; hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office) in the Manila area; required background includes a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years in data analysis, strong Excel, SQL/Python/R as applicable, and ability to handle confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, or a relevant field using quantitative analysis and critical thinking
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, decision support, or research
- Strong Excel skills and experience with large, complex data sets
- Data visualization skills with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR or Finance processes and data sets is advantageous
- Experience with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information, work independently, and adapt to new challenges
