Data Analyst

Data Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that support project outcomes. Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Smartsheet, and Excel; build data analytics tools to promote predictability and operational efficiencies; create semantic models for reporting and AI work; automate data collection and reporting processes; work with project teams to deliver weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders; serve as subject matter expert on data, reporting, and analytics tools including generative AI; collaborate across departments to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, in-person environment at the main office or project jobsite; requires strong data cleaning, statistical analysis, Python programming, and ML skills; Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience preferred.
