Job Summary
Data Analyst Team Lead in the Netherlands leads a 3-4 person analytics team to develop data-as-a-product solutions, translate data needs into prioritized roadmaps, and deliver insights that drive value for producers and partners. Half time is leadership/strategy, half time is hands-on project work. Key duties include managing dashboards, collaborating with Product Managers and Data Engineering to align roadmaps, rolling out reporting capabilities, identifying biases/risks in data, and promoting standardized regional insights for data-driven decision making. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong data analysis and statistics background, 7 years of data reporting/analysis experience, and 1 year of management experience; proficiency with Power BI and Tableau; fluency in English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics and/or data analysis
- 7 years' experience in data reporting and analysis
- 1 year' experience in management or equivalent in coaching, mentoring and training junior staff
- E2E experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau
- Fluency in English
