Job Summary
Translate business questions into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations by designing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive and operational audiences. Partner with stakeholders to identify and document analytical needs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with data engineering to ensure data requirements are met for reporting initiatives. Communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, and balance analytical rigor with business strategy. Preferred experience includes mutual funds and investment operations knowledge; travel may be required; hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data modeling concepts and semantic data models
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership
- Knowledge of investment operations and mutual funds/ETFs is preferred
