Job Summary
Lead the analytics team by servicing clients on Analytics/Advisory, designing and developing analytics products, and managing day-to-day activities to optimize results. Conduct advanced data capturing and analysis using SQL, Excel, and statistical software to build scorecards, advisory models, and refined analytics solutions. Articulate business questions into analytical strategies while providing leadership to deliver business goals and commitments. Support special project assignments and continuously update rules and procedures within the Financial Services and Consumer banking domains.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 3yrs
- US Shift (Night Shift)
- Hands on advanced knowledge of analytical techniques
- advanced knowledge of SQL or other structured language
- advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proven track record with database languages (e.g., SQL)
- statistical software (e.g., 'R', Python)
- visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView)
- Well versed with MS Excel – advanced & VBA
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)
- Experience articulating and translating business questions to analytical solutions
- Ability to handle and structure analysis independently
- Comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis
- Excellent attention to details

- out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in data processing
- Excellent verbal and written
Desired Qualifications
- Financial Services/ Consumer banking business(preferred)
- extensive analytics orientation
- Good to have conceptual or working knowledge of Machine Learning & AI
- cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
