Job Summary
Lead complex analytics projects, design and optimize data workflows, and deliver actionable insights through expert-level visualizations and stakeholder presentations. Serve as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, own recurring analytics processes, and contribute to analytics seminars. Requires extensive experience in SQL, Python or R, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- At least 4 years in advanced analytics, statistical modeling or business intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Statistics/Mathematics
- Expertise in SQL for data querying, performance optimization, and database management
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, automation, and machine learning model development
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including data lakes and big data processing tools
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
- Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration at Malvern, PA and Charlotte, NC locations
