Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst (APAC)

Job Summary
Conduct portfolio and benchmarking analysis by collecting, cleaning, and structuring data to present performance through dashboards and reports. Perform location, geospatial, and financial modeling including cash flow, P&L, and NPV calculations to support business cases for real estate transactions. Develop analytics tools and templates using Power BI while preparing clear presentations for project teams and senior management. This role supports the Data & Analytics APAC team, headquartered in Singapore, with analysts based in Kuala Lumpur covering portfolio services, tenant representation, and BD assignments. The position involves a mix of economic and demographic analysis to identify savings opportunities and optimize client locations.
Required Qualifications
- A BSc, Master's degree or equivalent experience in any subject that demonstrates an ability to analyse data and/or patterns and trends
- A self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude and a determination to succeed
- An inquisitive mind and desire to innovate and develop new tools and approaches
- Passionate and strong interest in the future of real estate work, technology, social trends and current affairs
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
- Flexibility and ability to balance a variety of demands
- Strong MS Excel (intermediate level and above), including experience working with structured datasets and PivotTables
- Excellent graphical and numerical skills in interpreting and presenting data in Power Point, Excel, Word etc
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI or another data visualisation tool
- Knowledge of ERSi ArcGIS or another mapping tool
