Job Summary
Produce regular management information and exception reports by integrating data from multiple sources using Excel, SAP BO, Tableau, and Business Objects. Support Research Sales and Client Strategy with insights on client consumption and revenue reporting while partnering with IT to define data onboarding requirements and facilitate UAT signoffs. Deliver and maintain interactive dashboards, manage BAU reporting for client feeds, and fix delivery issues impacting stakeholders. Collaborate across global regions and time zones to drive continuous improvement in monetization processes and risk controls. This role within the Global Research Centre focuses on maximizing product value through targeted content marketing and revenue collection.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Analytics/MBA from a tier-2 institute
- hands on experience in BI, Business Analytics and operational activities
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel using Macros and MS Office applications
- Experience in data visualization and data analytics using Tableau (or similar BI tool)
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and implement them
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as equity & debt financial instruments
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and team environment
- Ability to work during UK business hours
- Resourcefulness, and proactive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environment

- Supporting Research Sales and Client Strategy

- Communicate directly with the stakeholders on a regular basis
- Delivering/Maintaining interactive tools and advanced dashboards
- Use the information to continuously monitor and decide where to allocate resources
- Adherence to the highest standards of risk management and controls
- Identification of potential risks and help to develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Take responsibility for end results of a team's operational processing and activities
- Escalate breaches of policies / procedure appropriately
- Take responsibility for embedding new policies/ procedures adopted due to risk mitigation
- Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information

- Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function
- Build a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation
- Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function
- This role is based of Mumbai
