Job Summary

Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to address business questions and stakeholder needs, translating findings into clear conclusions and actionable insights. Define and evaluate metrics and key performance indicators to support operational objectives while applying quality checks to ensure output accuracy. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools, presenting complex data in accessible formats. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and work with the team throughout the development and enhancement of analytical products. Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting practices and team processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources.
  • Experience developing reports, metrics, visualizations, or other analytical products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with or demonstrated interest in Microsoft Power BI and business intelligence development.
  • Experience with data preparation, transformation, or analysis tools such as Power Query, DAX, SQL, or related technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, process automation, or other Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), or similar structured development practices.
  • Experience supporting government programs or government contracting environments.
  • Education and/or Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) or AI-enabled analytical and automation tools.
