Job Summary
Merge data from different sources to create a single source of truth through deduplication, cleansing, and business rule implementation. Analyze information to identify trends and benchmarks, then design reports, scorecards, and dashboards to share insights with leadership and cross-functional partners. Evaluate existing system capabilities to determine sustainable solutions and propose improvements that support departmental goals. This six-to-12-month contract in San Bruno, CA, supports a direct client's Omni Channel Analytics initiative, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree and two years of experience with large datasets, SQL, and Tableau.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years' experience in analytics, systems, information technology (IT), data management
- Proven experience working on large datasets
- Well versed with writing complex SQL queries
- Strong experience developing data visualizations using tools such as Tableau
- Strong understanding of Retail space or Advertising Space
