Must-haves include SQL proficiency, Python for data analysis, experience with ERP data models, strong communication across technical and business teams, and an analytical, independent work style. Nice-to-haves cover manufacturing KPIs, order-to-cash processes, data visualization (Power BI), and financial metric modeling. Remote option available with location in Sofia, Bulgaria.
