Job Summary
Data Analyst Program Support in the federal sector supporting data management, records management, program documentation, SharePoint administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining and tracking program records, developing spreadsheets and reports, preparing bi-weekly status updates, capturing meeting notes and publishing summaries, drafting program documents and SOPs, organizing documentation, supporting data quality reviews, and coordinating with staff to meet reporting requirements while ensuring compliance with data protection and CUI requirements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and eligibility for a Federal Public Trust background investigation; position is full-time and based in New Orleans, LA with potential local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience supporting data analysis, records management, program operations, or administrative functions
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track detailed information, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting federal programs, records management activities, or SharePoint-based environments preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality control
- US Citizenship
- Must be able to successfully pass and maintain a Federal Public Trust background investigation
- Must comply with all agency security, privacy, records management, and CUI safeguarding requirements
- Must be available to work full-time during standard business hours
- Occasional local or regional travel may be required
- Must maintain eligibility to access Government systems and facilities throughout the period of performance
- Should reside in the New Orleans area
