Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports for product portfolio health, sprint progress, and delivery performance using Power BI, Excel, and AI-enabled tools. Analyze data from JIRA and portfolio management systems to identify trends and risks, perform ad hoc analyses, and translate findings into concise executive-level insights and recommendations to support governance and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Product/Portfolio Analytics role
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts, data analysis)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA data for reporting, sprint metrics, and delivery tracking
- Experience preparing executive-level dashboards and leadership reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
