Job Summary
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to identify operational trends and insights. Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, collaborating with Heads of Departments, and implementing AI solutions to optimize operations. Manage projects ensuring timely delivery while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and recommending new tools for enhanced efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of customer support and data analytics experience, and project management skills. Final in-person interview with the Operations Director and Senior Business Insights Analyst.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree preferably in Data Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is highly advantageous
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a strong advantage
