Job Summary
Data Analyst to support Playtech's data and BI initiatives by extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources to inform decision-making across Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product. Focus on data quality checks, data validation, monitoring key performance indicators, and regulatory compliance with responsible gambling principles. Collaborate with Technical teams to optimize data extraction and reporting, and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to departmental stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years in data analysis or BI, 1+ year in gambling/gaming analytics, and strong SQL and Excel skills with experience in real-time and batch data processing, plus familiarity with gambling metrics and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- At least 1 year of experience in gambling/gaming industry
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with real-time and batch data processing
- Knowledge of gambling industry metrics and KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data quality assurance and validation processes
