Job Summary
Partner with business stakeholders to interpret complex datasets, monitor key performance indicators, and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making across commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing functions. Produce accurate monthly management information, validate data quality against governance standards using systems like JDE and Salesforce, and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational visibility. Support functional projects, coordinate process improvements, and provide super-user training to promote a data-driven culture. Act as a trusted analytical advisor within a matrix structure, resolving day-to-day issues and ensuring alignment with functional leaders and the Business Data Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or business-related subject
- 3+ years work experience including experience in an international manufacturing/industrial environment
- 3+ years work experience in an analytical or support role within a function: Sales/Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights
- Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with business stakeholders
- Experience of having managed projects
- Proficient Power BI
- Proficient or expert level in MS Excel
- Experience of using project management tools
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Minimum 3 days per week in the office
- Occasional international travel to other Elementis sites as required
