Data analyst

Analyze business user behavior, segment audiences, and forecast revenue for the sales team by building and maintaining predictive models. Calculate revenue impact from new services and pricing strategies while conducting A/B tests to validate approaches. Develop financial and non-financial KPI plans, track performance metrics, and assess manager effectiveness using large datasets. Generate regular analytical reports in Tableau and optimize existing dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Requires 3+ years of analytics experience, advanced SQL and Excel skills, and statistical proficiency. English at Upper-Intermediate level required; e-commerce and monetization experience are advantageous. Hybrid work format with medical insurance, annual leave, and bonus compensation.
