Job Summary
Support and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes while troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning stakeholders to translate questions into meaningful data solutions using Workday, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Develop, enhance calculated fields, and perform ad hoc analysis to streamline reporting capabilities and identify automation opportunities. Document business definitions and collaborate with technical teams to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, HR systems, or related fields
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
- Experience with at least one reporting or business intelligence platform, such as Workday Reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, or similar tools
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a collaborative environment
