Job Summary
Hands-on Data Analyst role focused on delivering high-impact, data-driven insights to improve customer experience across MoneySuperMarket brands. You will build self-serve reports, deliver actionable insights, collaborate with Data Engineers to productionise outputs, and communicate findings to stakeholders. The role involves working with SQL, BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI), Google Analytics, GitHub/DBT, and cloud platforms, analyzing large datasets, monitoring experiments, and contributing to data storytelling and KPI tracking across multiple brands. You will engage in cross-functional teamwork, learn new technologies, and support ongoing data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in Data Analytics
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with app analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- A good working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with code development tools such as GitHub and DBT
- Experience in managing stakeholder work requests
- Be detail oriented and adept in resolving bugs in SQL code and data cross checks
