Job Summary
Acquire, clean, and validate data from operational, experimentation, modeling, and enterprise sources. Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and basic predictive analytics to identify trends, relationships, and performance drivers. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualization products to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with subject matter experts, data engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and ensure data integrity. Support capability development and experimentation efforts by developing metrics, measures of effectiveness, and measures of performance. Document methodologies and limitations to ensure analytic transparency. Provide data-driven insights for briefings and respond to ad hoc analytic requests. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–7 years of experience, and an Active TS/SCI clearance. Salary range $135,000–$150,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience performing data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a DoD/USMC environment
- Proficiency with common data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel with advanced functions, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or equivalent)
- Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data and conduct basic statistical analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate analytic results into operationally relevant insights
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting capability development, JCIDS, or experimentation/analysis within CD&I or similar organizations
- Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data wrangling and analysis
